The IAP reports directly to the Board, and offers it guidance and recommendations towards achieving FGV’s aspirations to become a leader in good corporate governance and sustainable business practices. The IAP’s advisory role will complement FGV’s existing efforts towards fulfilling its commitments as a responsible corporate entity.
