The Group is an upstream oil palm plantation group and our operations are based in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Group's operations comprise the following business segments:

  1. Plantation
    This segment includes the production and sale of crude palm oil, palm kernel and crude palm kernel oil.
  2. Trading
    This segment includes the trading of building materials in Malaysia which was carried out by the Group. Subsequently, the Group had ceased carrying out the building materials trading business from 1 January 2021 for the preparation of the Listing.
