Besides implementing robust initiatives and programmes within talent management, we are also putting in place a new framework to strengthen our workforce. Since 2019, FGV has been rolling out a new performance management framework to develop a high-performance culture and intends to integrate the concept of ‘competency’ into the performance management framework. This is based on the rationale it will contribute towards a higher performance management culture and people management skills focusing on a good mix of both technical and leadership skills to uplift productivity, creativity and innovation in FGV.
